We're based in Dal Fouche and cover Springs and the surrounding East Rand. Springs, Brakpan and Benoni have no travel charge. Further out — Boksburg, Kempton Park, Bedfordview and Edenvale — we add R150 for travel, and we'll always tell you before you book, never after. Not sure if you're in range? Just ask.
Deposits and cancellations
No deposit for a single dog — we trust you and you have not met us yet. For three dogs or more, or for a first booking in a security estate, we ask for R100 to hold the slot, and it comes off the final price.
If you need to move or cancel, just let us know the day before. Life happens and we will not charge you for it. If we arrive and nobody is home, we will call once and wait ten minutes before we have to move on to the next appointment.
