This website stores nothing about you

There is no analytics, no advertising trackers and no marketing cookies on this site. The booking form does not send anything anywhere — it puts your answers into a WhatsApp message on your own phone, and nothing happens until you press send. If you close the page without sending, nothing exists.

What we keep once you book

When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we keep what we need to do the job and to look after your dog properly:

• Your name and the address we come to
• Your phone number and email
• Your dog’s name, breed, size and coat
• Anything you tell us we should know — nervous, elderly, sore ears, allergies
• What we did and what you paid

We keep it because a groomer who remembers your dog does a better job than one starting from scratch every six weeks. We do not sell it, we do not share it with anyone else, and we do not send you marketing you did not ask for.

Your rights

Under South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message 066 540 5880 or email hello@thewaggingwagon.co.za and we will do it — no forms, no arguing.

Photographs

We love showing before-and-afters, and they are how new clients find us. We will always ask you first, and a no costs you nothing and changes nothing. If you said yes once and change your mind later, tell us and the photo comes down.
